The International Consortium on Meningiomas (ICOM) – Tuesday, May 21, 2024
March 21, 2024
ICOM – Tues May 21The International Consortium on Meningiomas (ICOM) is hosting a scientific day on Tuesday, May 21 as part of University of Toronto Division of Neurosurgery 100 Years and CNSF 2024 Congress.
Led by Dr. Gelareh Zadeh, this consortium was formed to increase awareness for this understudied disease and conduct cutting-edge meningioma research through international and multidisciplinary collaboration. This meeting’s program will feature updates on ongoing collaborative research as well as a practical overview of modern meningioma management, with themes including surgical management, biomarkers, clinical trials updates and more. We will also host a molecular tumour board where complex cases are reviewed by an expert multidisciplinary panel with opportunity for audience involvement. These sessions will be highly relevant to anyone involved in meningioma research or clinical care and all are welcome to attend.
