Expert Pathology Committee:
Goals: The pathology committee provides expertise in review of slides to determine whether the tissue block (from which the slide originates) is qualified to make DNA/RNA; as well as expertise to ensure consistency in diagnostic criteria.

Clinical Annotation Committee:
Goals: Determine the minimal requirements of clinical annotation for samples analyzed through the consortium. Collect and standardize all clinical data to provide a unified set of clinical annotation for all cases in the cohort

Data Infrastructure and Processing Committee:
Goals: Identify the set of requirements for data storage and processing infrastructure; evaluate possible third party solutions including GenoSpace, BioFortis, and Synapse/SAGE. Determine the process for unified analysis of all existing data sets and provide support to all sites where the data processing pipeline needs to be implemented.

Clinical Oncology and Translational Research Committee:
Goals: Organization of clinical studies that can be generated based on data collected within the consortium; identify existing or future translational projects related to delivery of radiation treatment or and additional therapeutic modalities for implementation in to relevant clinical trials.
