Membership
Membership in ICOM is based on shared clinical and research interests in meningiomas. We welcome new members from all disciplines and levels of training. Interested parties are encouraged to contact us for inclusion in our newsletter and for participation in the Consortium. Topics of interest surrounding meningiomas include but are not limited to: the current standard of clinical care (surgery, radiotherapy, radiosurgery), epidemiology, quality of life and survivorship, clinical trial design, and molecular characterization. ICOM was developed in accordance with the Fort Lauderdale principles of The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) to maximize data sharing and availability, promote open access, and foster collaboration between sites and groups. Benefits of membership include access to ICOM data and clinical sample resources as well as the opportunity for international collaboration amongst a community of engaged clinicians, researchers, scientists, and learners.
